Makes 1 cocktail
- 2 lime wedges
- 2 raspberries (and/or blackberries)
- 6-8 mint leaves
- 4 oz. raspberry juice
- 1 oz. soda water
- Ice cubes
Squeeze lime wedges into a highball glass, and fill ½ to ¾ with ice.
Add mint leaves, berries, juice and 2 ice cubes to a cocktail shaker (or tumbler with a lid). Shake to chill and combine.
Pour into glass, and top with club soda. Garnish with a sprig of mint and additional berries, as desired
Serve with Arden’s Garlic and parsley swirls.
